For those who may be looking for it, it has now been renamed
array_traits.hpp, since array.hpp is now a wrapper for C++ arrays.

Since this was one of the first submissions to Boost, why hasn't it made it
to to the official Boost (or not), yet? The same goes for your other beta
libraries, there.

It says there:

"Boost no longer supports beta libraries on the Boost web site. These
libraries will soon be either submitted for formal review or removed."

One may wonder how long it has said that. :)
