I'm sorry Gennadiy, but factoring out NTP from iterator adaptors doesn't
seem like an "along the way" type of change for a project in updating the
documentation. Furthermore, Jeremy is the NTP guy so if you want to pursue
this project you'd have to take it up with him. As I know he's quite busy
right now I'd guess your best bet would be make a complete patch including
documentation for his review.
