[boost] config missing #define for Metrowerks compiler EH support

Hi,

would it be possible to add the following piece of code somewhere in 
boost\config\Metrowerks.hpp:

#if !__option(exceptions)
#   define BOOST_NO_EXCEPTIONS
#endif

----- end code

I guess the code is self-explanatory.
