In Yahoo files section I have found library EBF units
(http://groups.yahoo.com/group/boost/files/ebf_units.zip), new (Mar/2003)
and similar to the SIunits (in addition it also allows to distinguish
between different units of the same dimension, like mass of apples and mass
of oranges).
