Check out TortoiseCVS: it integrates with the windows shell and is pretty
much wonderful and easy to use.  It does lack the power features of WinCVS
or the command line, but that can sometimes be a good thing.  One caveat
however: I've never tried to use it in pserver (read only access) mode.
