Is that for como on Win32 or for Unix?

Hm... We shouldn't add too many toolsets for basically
the same thing.

Either we unify all of como (as has been done for gcc),
or at least we have como-win32 (Win32 only) and como
(the Unix-like rest).  Differences in backend C
compiler should be easy to handle in one unified file.
