Jens is already in Hawaii ahead of the C++ Committee meeting, and hopefully
is working on the docs between beach adventures. I'll start twisting his
arm once I get there.

There are a lot of routine changes (license changes and broken links, for
example) that I'd like to see go in before we branch for release. But, yes,
at some point it is just easier to branch for release.
