So you're saying that TR1 is closed, and that at some point,
the LWG will begin work on TR2, including accepting proposals,
and that this will probably occur before C++0x is released?
Since TR1 won't be released for a year, I assume that if there
is a TR2, proposals for it won't be accepted until after then?
