Hi, all.

     I vote for the separate mailing list option.  I
don't use the mail filters, since I never know when
something out of left field might interest me. 
However, I do wish to differentiate between "accepted
libraries" discussion and "bleeding edge software"
reviews, and I don't trust myself to be very
coscientious about adding the [review] tag.

     BTW, are we still going to use the boost-sandbox?
 It seems like a great place to store and update
submissions.
