Don't be sorry, I want the feedback :-) Documentation is even harder to get 
right than code.

OK, I see the problem. What made you go there instead of following the 
"Getting Started" link on the boost-root/index.htm ? (which points to 
boost-root/more/getting_started.html)

OK, at a minimum we should provide a back pointer to the "Getting Started" docs.
