Much as I said I didn't really care before, this one feels like it is the
right sort of area. It's my favourite of the ones I've seen so far, and
is much better than anything I could come up with.

I think most people would understand "io" as an abbreviation with no
real potential for confusion. (And if they are confused, I hate to think
what they will think an "iostream" is.) If the stuff ever made it into
the standard, then you'd get "std::io" which would make ex-C
programmers happy too.

So, do we move filesystem to boost::io::filesystem? :-)
