Hi,

While adding failure markups, I noticed that the Optional library is shown
as failing with true64cxx.
However, looking at the error I can see that it is using an older version of
the library (one which indeed is defective)
I'm also seeing similar results for this toolset and the Numeric Conversion
Library

Can anyone fix this?
