There are some of those still left, though not as many as I thought: you
commited changes to remedy this for
BOOST_WARN_EQUAL
BOOST_CHECK_EQUAL
BOOST_REQUIRE_EQUAL
but the problem still persists with
BOOST_CHECK_CLOSE
at

Maybe you can extend your workaround in test_tools.hpp to also
cover BOOST_CHECK_CLOSE?
