And we should at the very least be thankful to Matias (and folks
helping him). He's (and of course those helping him) doing all the
work -- and that's an enormous task ahead of him (them). I don't
see any reason why we shouldn't give him the prerogative to
choose whichever path he thinks is best for the task at hand.
It just so happens that he feels quickbook is the easiest path.
But really, I don't see any of the FUD against it have any bearing
at all. As many have hinted, you can always throw away the qbk
intermediate files and use straight docbook if it's not to your
likings.
