This may or may not be related, but I (and other libs) have had problems 
with incremental
linking in this regression runner, please see the complete discussion 
thread at:

However, the kind of problems talked about at the thread above are 
chaacterized by
LNK1000 fatal errors, which is not what you're having, so I'm not sure 
we're dealing
with the same issue.
