It's still accessible by the following convoluted chain of links:

www.boost.org -> Documentation -> 1.37 -> accumulators (e.g.) -> Libraries

Instead of making the page easily accessible its content should be
integrated
with http://www.boost.org/doc/libs/1_37_0, IMO.
