I have requested SVN sandbox access, too. And I have not received any 
answer.

I am a GSoC 2010 student, working on the project titled 'Quasi-random 
number generators'. It is my understanding that GSoC students get 
sandbox SVN access for their projects, I need this, too. Thank you.
