I'm sure that the errors are correct.
The code in question is

|namespace boost {
   namespace tuple {
     class tuple;
   }
   using tuple::tuple; // error
}
|
Obviously you can't have a namespace
and a class in the same scope without
errors. This isn't going to be an issue
unless a library puts something
directly under namespace boost, which
we're discouraging anyway.
