Well this is a taster of the dilemmas that you will face, both in writing
it, and also in defending your decisions to the Bolshy Boosters at any
review.
But don't worry for now.
The tests look pausible, but do not use Boost.Test this is essential for the
cross platform testing system. But it's troublesome to set up.
Your docs are skeleton-only - all that I expected - and would need to done
using Quickbook and full documentation of functions using Doxygen commands
in the source like \brief \detail \pre \post \returns ...
But it will do fine for now.
