TortoiseSVN can lookup the history of merges. That is: the svn log
shows a single commit for the merge (totally correct), but TortoiseSVN
uses the diff on the svn:mergeinfo to lookup the merged revisions and
their commit messages and injects them into the regular log. There is
a checkbox for this option and the entries should look dimmed, IIRC.
