Huh. My bad. scripts\ddl2cpp is not a Windows executable/batch file...

The offending line is in tests/CMakeLists.txt:

COMMAND ${CMAKE_SOURCE_DIR}/scripts/ddl2cpp
${CMAKE_CURRENT_LIST_DIR}/sample.sql Sample test

I attached a new version of that file which should work (I hope), by
explicitly calling the python executable.
