3. Boost.Fixed-Point by Nikhar Agrawal

I've been in contact with Vicente J. Botet Escriba and  Christopher
Kormanyos regarding this project for over a month now since they were
listed as co-mentors for this project on the ideas page.

Christopher is out on a trip with little communication means so I'm not
sure that he will be able to register soon. But as far as I know he's
definitely interested in mentoring the project.

And if anyone else's interested in co-mentoring the project as well, even
better, the more the merrier. :)
