I didn't know that about Predef.
Boost.Build is also independently modular and part of Boost
monolithic, though true it is not a library.
Boost.ASIO is generated by automated scripts from standalone ASIO.
If Predef were available as a single giant include file, I think it
would be a lot more useful to non-Boost code. I'm specifically
thinking of APIBind.
