another point:
boost.asio still uses boost.coroutine which is deprecated and I really want
to remove it from boost
but is not possible because of boost::asio::spawn()
boost.spawn is the alternative to asio's spawn() (which could be removed
from boost.asio in favour of boost.spawn)
