It seems the that this is the same issue. Looking at the recent commit 1.32to 
Jamfile it seems that more then just 'threadmon' was dropped. Instead it was 
replaced by tss_hooks tss_dll tss_pe. Since Vladimir is on holiday it would 
seem someone else needs to commit a patch. I have therefore done so.

Please complain ASAP if my changes are incorrect.
