Just to be clear: currently, Boost library authors are not expected to
maintain Jamfile.v2's, or even understand BBv2. Vladimir has been
doing that while BBv2 remains in a pre-release state. Of course,
it's nice when a library author can keep a v2 Jamfile up-to-date, but
it's nobody's fault when they stop working.
