Now the following subpatches have the highest priority:

3. configurations class
4. modification of check-init-parameters rule
5. new configure rule

Do you think that my ideas are going to change these patches? What is 
the status of these patches?

Are they blocked just due to the lack of feedback from David and Volodya?

Can you repost them here, each one in a separate thread?
