   You seem to be running the boost-build rule twice...

   Check your user-config.jam, site-config.jam, Jamroot, Jamfile files 
and boost-build.jam files you might have in your setup.

   My suggestion is to set up the path to the boost build files using 
the BOOST_BUILD_PATH environment variable unless you plan to include the 
boost build files inside your project.
