[Boost-testing] What now?

Something changed when I wasn't looking and I'm not sending meaningful 
results apparently.
I've changed my vc-8_0-tools.jam file to get rid of the reports that two 
options have been deprecated and to drop the optional  wchar_t native 
option which has no meaning for 8.0
