[Boost-testing] No endian.hpp support for VC compilers. What's the deal? [was serialization test status]

Which compilers/platforms does it not work for? I can't fathom vc-* not 
being on the set of compilers tested for endian.hpp. And those are some 
of the compilers failing portable_archive. Yet the error from endian.hpp 
is the one showing. How could people not check those?
