I would like to hear what Aleksey says (or others who have written the 
instructions). The problem is that the document with the correct (up to 
date) information was generated by some tool and has a proprietary 
stylesheet:

boost\tools\regression\xsl_reports\runner\instructions.html

So I'm afraid it's necessary to rewrite it from scratch using the boost 
guidelines.
