Hm, I just found little problem with regression tests setup (there was a 
call to call C:\PROGRA~1\MICROS~3\VC98\Bin\VCVARS32.bat and I just 
removed it), MAYBE it will help. But it might also affect results of 
msvc (VC6) toolset. If that happens I will bring call to VCVARS32.bat 
back and migrate como backend from vc71 to vc6. This means creating 
another bjam toolset locally, but that's simple.
