[Boost-testing] Nuking old test results on HEAD

After the recent switch to V2 and the diversion of most testers to the 
branch, ~75% of HEAD test results are "somewhat" dated. Even with the 
gradual graying out of the headers of old results, I find it cumbersome 
to find the relevant ones. If there are no objections before May 28th 
12:00 UT, I will delete all HEAD results that are older than one month.
