[Boost-testing] What does regression.py upload?

Hello,

is there anyone who can tell me what regression.py is supposed to upload? I 
was thinking that it just uploaded the zip file containing the xml result 
files, but this does not seem to be the case, as I found the following 
lines in the log file:

# Publishing test logs ...
# Walking directory "/vol2/boost/results" ...
#     Publishing test log 
"/vol2/boost/results/boost/bin.v2/libs/asio/test/error.test/hp_cxx-71_006_tru64/debug/threading-multi/test_log.xml"
...

What's this? How can I disable it?
