Can you please assign http://svn.boost.org/trac/boost/ticket/1711 to 
Dave? I think he missed your email. This way, it will go to his inbox (or 
so he claims!)

I want to have some sort of understanding as to the cause (compiler bug, 
library bug?) so that I can give proper information in my presentation :-)
