OK.. Figured out how to install git.. And run the testing. And I don't see
the problem you had. It runs the testing scripts and succeeds the bootstrap
and PJL build. Here's what my system says:

===

$ uname -a

FreeBSD vbfreebsd93 9.3-RELEASE FreeBSD 9.3-RELEASE #0 r268512: Fri Jul 11
03:13:02 UTC 2014 root_at_[hidden]:/usr/obj/usr/src/sys/GENERIC
i386

===

And it's a bare minimum fresh 9.3 install into a vm with just python, curl,
and git added. And nothing else. I used this as the test command:

===

$ python run.py --runner=TESTING --toolsets=clang --libraries=predef

===
