^- Man - that's a cool project. My googling on "shotgun sequencing" could
easily consume a week or two of full-time surfing. I'm using BGL to build a
generic framework for building generative programming applications. There a
tie-in somewhere between GP and genetics, but it's elusive to say the least.
Still can't help musing about it though. Anyway, good luck w/your
sequencing!
