No, don't think so. The entry points and symbol entries just need to be
defined. It's probably 30 minutes of work for someone with the MS compiler
handy (I don't have MSVC installed unless I'm being paid to use it :-). So
maybe someone wants to volunteer and send me some patches to apply? I'll be
happy to answer detailed questions off-list...
