Hi Robert,

I don't know how to make bcp give you this information, but Visual
Studio 2008 has project property C/C++ / Advanced / Show Includes to
show include tree. See its output in http://dee.cz/x/seri_incl.txt,
whole library build includes boost/iterator.hpp over 50x.
