   I don't know why Oven is not part of Boost.
   I know small history. Oven have base library "Egg". Egg proposed to
   Boost but rejected.

   I was taken over from Shunsuke Sogame (original author). because Oven
   was no mentenance long time.

   I don't know. But I feel Boost.Range community have interesting my
   project.
   Now process is waiting review from Neil.
