Sure.
The idea behind this proposal is to re-make its structure
assuming as GGL was already a member of Boost libraries tree:
<root>/boost/ggl - for headers
<root>/libs/ggl - for all the rest
So, if it happens, migration "shock" is less painful to us
and to users :-)
