Yes, it looks fine to me.  AFAICT the changes you've made since my last
attempt have been purely to improve the documentation - 
is_boost_operator_template has become is_chained_base and has been moved 
up, and some comments have been changed/added.  Is there anything else
I should be looking at?

Anyway, both operators_test and iterators_test compile and work fine 
for me with

  Borland C++ 5.4 (BCB 4)
  Borland C++ 5.5
  g++ 2.95.2
  MSVC 6 SP3

all with their standard libraries (i.e., no STLport, etc).
