With permission that broad, I don't see how they could complain.  So I 
encourage you to pick a few of the key articles and post them in the 
eGroups files threads folder at http://www.egroups.com/files/boost/threads/

I'd like everyone contributing threading documents to post them in that 
eGroups folder.  If that isn't convenient, at least post a link as Jeremy 
Siek has done in 
http://www.egroups.com/files/boost/threads/jeremys_thread_stuff.html
