Actually, the interface for attaching properties to the graph object
itself is not part of the PropertyGraph concept. The PropertyGraph concept
covers accessing properties that are attached to the vertices and edges.
There currently is not a concept defining the interface for graph object
property access... those functions are special to the adjacency_list
class.
