Try using Firefox - a MUCH better browser.  Allows you to change the font
size quickly.
Provided the web designer doesn't think he knows better - too many of them
arrogently do - making erroneous assumptions about everyoens screen size,
layout, eyesight ...

But even Firefox still can't print the whole document :-((

So a .pdf option is really very desirable indeed.
