I have made some minor changes to make it work (partially tp doesn't 
works yet).

I have found some bug on the new macros i introduced in Boost.Thread 
when Boost.Move is not used. I guess I will need to add some regression 
tests to Boost.Thread to check backward compatibility when Boost.Move is 
not used :(
