Thanks, that helped. I though 'git pull' would check out the referred
revisions of submodules, but apparently it leaves the local copy in the
Boost list run by bdawes at acm.org, gregod at cs.rpi.edu, cpdaniel at pacbell.net, john at johnmaddock.co.uk
