Something I did not notice up till just now is that the (con-incidentally?)
sub-title (the short description) of vcpkg
<https://github.com/Microsoft/vcpkg> has been changed to "C++ Library
Manager for Windows, Linux, and MacOS", it's official, vcpkg works (or
intends) to work on win/nix/osx.
