[logic] Boost::logic (tribool?) actively developed?

Hi,

Is boost::logic actively developed and if so what are the future plans for
the library?

>From the source/documentation it seems to be dormant since ~2004 and a
renaming of the tribool package. The latter is listed as a library on the
boost homepage but lack a library repo on github.com/boostorg (?).
