Actually, these change are pretty much independent of all the rest, so even 
next Monday would be OK, IMO. 
(I'm hoping we can start thinking about generators on the next week)
If you decide to implement it, please add a test for 'use-project' in project 
root file to project_test3.py.
(I'm about to commit the 'use-project' docs in a few minutes).
